Job Purpose:

The IT Site Operations Lead (TE Lead) will be responsible for managing end-to-end IT site operations, vendor coordination, stakeholder engagement, asset and compliance activities, and supporting business-critical IT services. The role requires strong coordination skills, operational ownership, and the ability to work with local and global partners while ensuring service quality and compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Vendor & Partner Management
    • Manage relationships with local and global vendors (Cisco, HPFS, Wipro, HP Printers, local IT partners).
    • Follow up on hardware procurement requests, laptop servicing, and vendor deliverables.
    • Coordinate with partners for issue resolution and service continuity.

 

  1. Stakeholder Management
    • Act as a single point of contact for local and global business stakeholders.
    • Conduct monthly/quarterly service reviews and share feedback.
    • Monitor SLAs and escalate service issues where required.

 

  1. Asset & Compliance Management
    • Manage Fixed Asset Registry (FAR) activities including asset tagging and annual audits (CAPEX assets ≤ 5 years).
    • Perform stock validation checks on a monthly/quarterly basis.
    • Support IT clearance activities for leavers within defined SLAs.

 

  1. Network, VC & Infrastructure Support
    • Coordinate local network activities and raise tickets for performance issues.
    • Liaise with NOC teams for troubleshooting and resolution.
    • Handle VC/UC-related issues in coordination with vendors and UC operations teams.

 

  1. Finance & Reporting Support
    • Support finance-related IT reporting (IRIS application, SNOW reports).
    • Assist with compliance tools such as Ricargo (quarterly and yearly controls).
    • Coordinate with finance, procurement, and legal teams as required.

 

  1. Site Operations & Event Support
    • Provide IT support for townhalls, leadership meets, and events (AV setup, hardware checks).
    • Manage IT readiness for CTDC and cybersecurity areas.
    • Support yearly shutdown activities and UPS servicing in coordination with NOC teams.

 

  1. SEZ & Regulatory Activities
    • Coordinate documentation and follow-ups related to SEZ requirements.
    • Ensure timely submissions for demo units and regulatory compliance.

 

  1. JML & Contractor Support
    • Support Joiner/Mover/Leaver activities for employees and contractors.
    • Coordinate with HR for CLRA compliance and weekly contractor reporting.

 

  1. Communication & Engagement
    • Share DBSI and global IT communications through approved channels.
    • Support internal IT awareness initiatives and campaigns.

 

  1. DSS & Service Ownership
    • Own Daily Support Services (DSS) activities.
    • Monitor performance, collect feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
    • Act as the primary operational owner (“DSS Boss”) for site IT services.

 

  1. Projects & Continuous Improvement
    • Support adhoc and planned IT projects such as laptop refresh, POCs, and site initiatives.
    • Participate in championship programs and improvement initiatives as required.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong experience in IT site operations / EUC / infrastructure support
  • Proven vendor and stakeholder management skills
  • Good understanding of IT asset management, compliance, and audits
  • Experience working with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)
  • Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive business and finance-related activities
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
