Years of Experience: At least 3 to 4 years of experience in Project Management
At least 1-2 years of experience in managing large and medium scale IT projects (services and production) with complete ownership and accountability

Location: Delhi, India

Job Purpose:

The Senior Executive - PMO will assist the Project Manager in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of IT service projects, with a focus on EUC (End User Computing), hardware maintenance, and IT infrastructure services. This role will include tracking project progress, managing project documentation, and ensuring the seamless coordination of resources and stakeholders. The Senior Executive will work closely with both internal teams and external partners to support the successful delivery of projects within time, scope, and budget constraints.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in tracking multiple ongoing projects across various IT service models, including
    desktop support services, hardware AMC, and network/server support.
  • Support the creation and distribution of regular project status reports, risk analysis, and
    project dashboards.
  • Ensure all project deliverables are met on time and provide key stakeholders with accurate
    project progress updates.
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, ensuring it is up to date and consistent with
    PMO guidelines.
  • Support the Assistant Project Manager in ensuring all documents such as SOWs, SLAs,
    contracts, and risk management plans are in place and accurately tracked.
  • Ensure compliance with Prince2/PMP standards and PMO processes throughout the project
    lifecycle.
  • Assist in managing relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external stakeholders to
    ensure project success.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth execution
    of projects.
  • Assist in managing the communication of project status and critical issues to senior
    management, ensuring timely escalation where necessary.
  • Support the mapping and allocation of resources for various project tasks, especially in largescale IT service projects such as window migrations and hardware maintenance.
  • Track resource utilization to ensure projects are appropriately staffed and any resource gaps
    are addressed promptly.
  • Assist in the coordination of third-party resources, ensuring they are sourced and placed as
    required by project needs.
  • Support project budgeting, including cost monitoring and variance analysis.
  • Assist in ensuring accurate and timely billing of partners, vendors, and customers, ensuring
    financial alignment with project budgets.
  • Help with profit analysis and ensuring that the project delivers financial targets as set by the
    organization.
  • Support in identifying and tracking project risks, including any resource, timeline, or budget
    constraints.
  • Assist the Assistant Project Manager in escalating critical risks to senior management for
    prompt resolution.
  • Contribute to risk mitigation strategies and solutions to minimize the impact on project
    deliverables.
  • Ensure that projects are executed following standard project management methodologies
    (Prince2/PMP) and internal processes.
  • Support the Assistant Project Manager in driving the adoption of Global Project
    Management Methodology across various tracks.
  • Help ensure that the projects align with broader strategic initiatives and organizational goals.
  • Assist in the closure of projects, ensuring all deliverables are met, documentation is finalized,
    and key learnings are captured.
  • Participate in periodic reviews of the project portfolio to assess progress, risks, and
    alignment with organizational objectives

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially in handling international
    customers and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint with advanced data analysis and reporting
    capabilities.
  • Capable of working in high-pressure environments, meeting tight deadlines, and managing
    competing priorities.
  • Team-oriented with leadership potential, able to contribute to team success and support
    project goals.
  • Ability to handle complex projects, track multiple moving parts, and provide solutions to
    project challenges.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required.
  • Willing to work in high pressure environment and strengthen timelines

Professional Certification: Prince 2 / PMP certified/trained preferred.

Education Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT/ Engineering/MBA or other management qualification from reputed institutes
