Reporting Manager's Designation: Manager – Talent Acquisition

Years of Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience.

Location: Delhi, India

Job Purpose:

This role is responsible for Talent Acquisition, MIS & Daily Reporting

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Screening resumes
  • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
  • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
  • Following up on the interview process status
  • Maintaining relationships with both internal clients to ensure organization goals are achieved
  • Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
  • Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and local laws
    regarding employment practices
  • Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
  • Manage full life cycle of Recruitment – Sourcing, Short listing, Screening, Negotiating,
    Coordinating & Candidate joining.
  • Get Involved in Junior, Middle Level & senior level recruitment.
  • Mapping Client
  • Hiring Managers to have detailed understanding on their needs
  • Develop a sustainable candidate lead strategy
  • Completing timely reports on employment activity
