Job Purpose:

We are looking for highly motivated Sales Managers and Senior Sales Managers to join our growing Field Services sales team. You will be responsible for independently managing the full sales cycle of EUC and DeskSide Support services for global clients. This role requires a mix of strategic prospecting, solutioning, and closing large and mid-sized Field Services opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive full-cycle sales engagements — from initial prospecting to deal closure.
  • Independently manage and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and client procurement processes.
  • Work closely with Solution Architects, Delivery Heads, and the Pre-Sales team to create winning proposals.
  • Conduct meetings with enterprise procurement, sourcing, and delivery leaders.
  • Build long-term client relationships and drive account mining and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activities to identify opportunities for
    differentiation.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define go-to-market strategies for assigned territories.
