Job Purpose:

We are looking for energetic Sales Executives and Senior Sales Executives to join our Field Services Sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals looking to build their career in global IT services sales, especially in the End User Computing (EUC) and DeskSide support domain. You will play a critical role in supporting lead generation, qualification, RFP responses, and early client engagements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in Field Services and EUC.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities including emails, cold calls, and social media outreach.
  • Assist in RFP and RFI response preparation, including gathering information and coordinating inputs from Pre-Sales and Delivery teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on prospects and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Support Sales Managers and Directors during customer meetings and solution presentations.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment of proposed solutions to client requirements.
  • Provide administrative and operational sales support as needed.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Sales Prospecting and Lead Qualification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • RFP/RFI Support and Documentation.
  • CRM Management (preferably Salesforce, Zoho, or similar tools).
  • Basic Negotiation Skills.
  • Exposure to the IT services industry, preferably working in global or regional sales roles.
  • Basic understanding of service delivery models, SLAs, and managed services frameworks.
  • Familiarity with enterprise procurement processes is preferred.
