Reporting Manager's Designation: Senior Manager - PCC

Years of Experience: 2 to 5 of working experience in Vendor Management role

Job Purpose:

You will be working as a part of Field Service Management team which uses a systematic approach for buying all the goods and services needed for a company to stay sustainable. They are involved in the identification of need, finding, and qualifying the suppliers, requesting proposals, negotiating with suppliers, contracting, delivery and analyzing results. You will be responsible for Partner Management where in you need to manage third parties Partners that supply goods and or services to entities in the application management space. You will be responsible for handling multiple activities included in researching and sourcing Partners, obtaining quotes with pricing, capabilities, turnaround times, and quality of work, negotiating contracts, managing

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • The key responsibilities include engaging with affiliates, handling queries, and fulfilling the
    requirements of the team within the given deadlines through effective communication,
    negotiation, and coordination.
  • Work closely with Partners for project deployment / site management with strict timelines
    Provide updates to Internal Teams
  • Handle customer escalations to ensure prompt resolution Internal reporting
  • Drive performance reviews with Partners and Participate in monthly Partner Meetings.
  • Understand customer contracts / scope of work / SLAs and ensure compliance
  • Handle Partner billing issues and ensure resolution Execute in compliance with TIG’s policies
    and procedures
  • In depth knowledge of EUC domain services and their solutions like – deskside support
    services, IMAC, Disposal, FTE Model, On call dispatch services
  • Understanding of enterprise hardware such as servers, storage and network.
  • Co-ordinating with approved partner for getting prices for RFP, RFI and Customer Bids
    Submission of proposals in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes
  • Ensure timely submission of accurate quotes as per TAT
  • Work with Pre-sales teams to manage contribute to responses to customer requests for
    information, proposals
  • Adherence to the Company’s Quality and Business Processes

Skills and Abilities:

  • Must have managed/onboarded partners globally.
  • Excellent in spoken English and presentable
  • Must be MS Excel and Power Point Expert: Excellent skills required
  • Willing to work in high pressure environment and strengthen timelines
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills, drive for results, interpersonal savvy, and customer focus
  • Ability to self-manage and prioritize workload
  • Must possess excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
