Job Purpose:

We are hiring an experienced Sales Director to spearhead our Field Services sales efforts across multiple regions. This strategic role requires leadership in winning large outsourcing deals, building C-level relationships, mentoring junior sales team members, and helping scale the Field Services business globally.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic sales engagements for large outsourcing and managed services opportunities.
  • Build and maintain executive-level client relationships (Procurement Heads, CIOs, Delivery
    Heads).
  • Lead large, complex RFP and proposal efforts across geographies.
  • Mentor and develop a team of Sales Executives and Managers.
  • Partner with Delivery and Solution teams to align capabilities with client requirements.
  • Define, execute, and refine Field Services sales strategy for assigned territories.
  • Ensure strong deal governance, commercial rigor, and risk management.
  • Represent the organization in key industry events and forums.
