Implemented ‘Train-the-Trainer’ program to intensify training among the resources, starting with an initial batch of 15 engineers and covering the entire engineer base swiftly. As a result, Total IT Global was considered for the extended scope for global Network Implementation project including, Data Centre Audit and Wireless Site Survey.
