Challenges
Total IT Global was retained by a Client to support its EUC devices, ranging from Desktops, Laptops, iPhones, iPads, to Android devices.
An investment management firm, data security and compliance with all protocols was of prime concern to the Client.
The Client was not only looking for a partner to provide these services in a manner compliant with their governance standards, but also, one that could execute these services in a time-bound manner.
Solution & Visible Results
Total IT Global deployed its team of qualified and experienced resources to support the 1400+ devices on the Dispatch, Dedicated support model across the 4 countries.
A two-week training program was conducted immediately on onboarding a resource. Additionally, Total IT Global conducted monthly process and information training sessions for all registered Engineers involved in the scope, to keep them updated and informed. Additional FTEs were successfully onboarded within one week, thus, promptly addressing additional backfill requirements.
Now in its fourth year, the association has demonstrated the Client’s trust and satisfaction with our services.
