An American medical technology company providing innovative products, services and solutions in healthcare.

Challenges

  • Deploying 11 dedicated sites with L2+ skill set, requiring enhanced Background Verification (BGV) such as a 10-panel drug test and global database checks within a tight timeframe of 4 weeks.
  • Catering to over 100 dispatch sites with enhanced BGV resources, would pose a challenge in a support model.
  • Ensuring regular, client-specific monthly training for resources to maintain compliance with the client’s environment, would require consistent effort and coordination.

Solution & Visible Results

  • High-quality resources were deployed within the specified timeline, despite the requirement for multiple levels of interviews for selection.
  • A categorisation system was introduced for low-ticket volume sites based on historical data, and the client was suggested to allow coverage of 2-3 nearby sites per resource, to reduce the cost of enhanced background verification (BGV), with only nominal travel costs being applicable.
  • A ‘Train the Trainer’ program was created, to ensure that all resources became familiar with the client’s environment and were able to effectively train others.
  • Project kept renewing for six years and continues to run due to the innovative solutions and wow client experience provided.
