Challenges

  • Total IT Global was required to provide maintenance support for desktops, laptops, thin client, printers, scanner, handheld devices (mobiles and tablets), IP phones and audio video conference devices, for support hospitals, local clinics and voluntary centres, across 275+ regional and remote sites in Australia, with mostly NBD (Next Business Day) service.
  • Support was required not only on EUC devices, but also for the medical equipment connected to any EUC device.
  • Client also wanted to make sure that BYODs (Bring Your Own Device) were supported in the SLAs.
