About the Client

Multinational manufacturer and distributor of human and
animal pharmaceuticals and healthcare.

Challenges

  • A merger with another healthcare organisation in Europe, suddenly expanded the Client’s already large geographic presence to many more locations, globally. Thus, multiple remote sites were added to the initial scope of work for Device Refresh and Office 365 Migration.
  • The varying geographies also created language barriers.
  • Onboarding of resources in Spain required additional legal documentation to make sure they were compliant with domestic regulations.

Solution & Visible Results

  • Successfully migrated over 7000 Users as per the scheduled migration map and aligned resources to work out of hours and weekend shifts to ensure commitment to project timelines.
  • Multiple skill sets were required (L1 EUC Resource, L1 EUC Resource with C1 Proficiency, L2 EUC) to service the requirements, which Total IT Global successfully aligned and delivered.
  • Total IT Global delivered hypercare support to communicate effectively with the end users to understand and resolve issues, overcoming the language barrier, which enhanced Client’s appreciation of our delivery.
  • Total IT Global ensured onboarding resources basis legal compliance required, which covered civil liability insurance, risk assessment, medical certifications, etc., successfully managing 5 sites and migrating approximately 1300 Users in Spain, with help of 7 resources.
