Moreover, specific sites had Users from three different countries, who spoke three different languages. Understanding the importance of effective communication, the customer expected trilingual resources to be deployed on these sites.
Addressing these challenges involved detailed workforce planning, engagement with legal experts, and coordination with recruitment teams to identify multilingual resources.

Onboarding local partners in countries such as the UK and Netherlands, enabled seamless navigation of compliances like TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings Protection of Employment) or ARD (Algemene Rijksvoorwaarden voor Dienstverlening).
