About the Client

A Multinational Bank.

Challenges

  • Frequent changes in schedule posed problems in resource alignment. Moreover, obtaining access for the FSOs took longer than expected, due to stringent policies in place for the financial institution.
  • A lot of coordination & communication with site resources would have proved challenging due to odd working hours.
  • Space demarcated for storing the decommissioned devices was unsuitable and staging space for new device installation was not adequate.

Solution & Visible Results

  • Resources were aligned on time and as per the requirement with the support of partner & client coordination by having daily governance calls, thus ensuring that requirements were met seamlessly even out of office hours.
  • Total IT Global ensured more space was made available for storage and staging by recceing and identifying additional space within the building that was safe and secure, due to CCTV surveillance. Here the decommissioned devices aligned for disposal were stored and the logistics were planned in such a way that they were taken for disposal within 24 hours. Judicious use of space and disposal within 24 hours ensured appropriate staging space was created for mission-critical activities.
  • Timely placement of resources and ingenious methods ensured client success and satisfaction.
