Multinational data and technology company with presence in electronics, industrial systems, power systems, and machinery.

Challenges

  • Ensuring technical readiness of sites contributed to frequent rescheduling at various locations. This impacted identification of appropriate resources and co-ordination with partners, too. Multiple time zones added to the challenge.
  • Additional accessories had to be arranged.
  • Resource placement and management for work allocation, extra hours confirmation and weekend requirements added to the complexity.

It also enabled Engineers to carry assets like, laptops, printers, drives, cables and cable ties, within 24 hours of the requisition being received from Client.
  • Detailed planning of Engineer’s schedules and peripherals required, was prepared, so as to minimise waiting time and enhance User productivity.
