I would like to share some positive feedback and forward appreciation received from the End User as well. The Delivery team from Total IT Global is doing good job overall, and technical specialists are being managed effectively, according to business needs.
I would like to share a feedback about an Engineer as he has been performing outstandingly well. He owns all the tasks end-to-end, and fulfills his delivery commitment very well. He is flexible and has a great attitude towards work. He is, by far is one of the top performers in the team.
Just want to appreciate your Engineer the way he worked today, initially there were some hiccups, but at the end, he handled it really well and helped us to resolve this issue.

There is a very positive response for Total IT Global from operations team yesterday. The Engineer was very skilled and was able to complete the testing very efficiently. Would prefer his alignment in future as well, for Madrid location.

The services provided were good, irrespective of the challenges with site being remote, and unfamiliarity with the site setup and the engineer was able to complete the planned activities. The Supervisor was also made available on the next day.
I just want to send my great appreciation to your Engineer at Total IT Global, wherein he has reached to the point of exceeding my expectation! My transition consisted of 3 laptops changing, but it was all hassle-free because of him. The Engineer does not only what is necessary, but he has put himself into my shoes of what I would also need, what would make my life easier in different land, different language.
