I’m writing to let you know that the issue has been resolved. The onsite team was able to recreate the new profile, and the issue is now fixed. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Engineer for his skill and patience in resolving this issue.
This is to place on record the support extended by your IT support a few times I have connected in the past. You have been very proactive in your approach and have always been approachable anytime have connected with you. I have also observed that you follow up with end users to make sure that the issue is sorted and the ticket is getting closed with a solution. Keep up the good work and it is really difficult to have IT issues sorted remotely and that too when multiple users are connected at the same time. You have also sorted issues which the Global Helpdesk was not able to. Your patience to investigate the issue to bring it to closure either remotely or in person is commendable. Once again, thank you for the support.
We are delighted with the smooth installation process and are happy with the successful outcome. We greatly appreciate the hard work and knowledge of the Engineers with respect to the rack and stack activity in the DCs.
