The services provided were good, irrespective of the challenges with site being remote, and unfamiliarity with the site setup and the engineer was able to complete the planned activities. The Supervisor was also made available on the next day.
I just want to send my great appreciation to your Engineer at Total IT Global, wherein he has reached to the point of exceeding my expectation! My transition consisted of 3 laptops changing, but it was all hassle-free because of him. The Engineer does not only what is necessary, but he has put himself into my shoes of what I would also need, what would make my life easier in different land, different language. Once again, I’m deeply thankful for supporting me all the way from China to Thailand and never ever rejected any of my requests at all!
Good work and thank you for providing great service. All colleagues are friendly, no question. Engineer has a kind of qualification, that meets our requirements. Colleagues like him are hard to find, so please make sure that we don’t loose him!
Our journey started almost a year ago where we needed Total IT Global’s support for Alloga. We have successfully completed 9 markets (Alloga, Weybridge, Zaragoza, Spain, France, Romania, Czech, Naples, Turkey) so far, and we are up and running with the 10th one (Norway), we had aligned support resources mostly on time for all these markets.
This would not have been possible without your splendid support, you always made sure we had the right set of resources, and I know how much level of screening we had done to agree for resources for each and every market, Appreciate all your efforts and looking forward to work with you in future too, hope you will be able to maintain the momentum what you had set so far.
I really would like to appreciate the speed at which you and the team were able to source the profiles and on-board the candidates into the system. Secondly, the way in which your partner team was giving us regular updates on the candidates, it was really helpful.
And finally, each team member has done an enormous job on the ground and is appreciated. Our initial engagement ran pretty well and I’m sure there will be many more to come. Thanks to the team for excellent support all through.
Over the past 2 years, Total IT Global’s Engineer has consistently demonstrated his technical expertise in desktop support, including managing the desktop environment, handling desktop support issues, and managing software updates and OS installation.
Engineer has also shown great communication skills by working effectively with the local IT team and other stakeholders, communicating clearly, and building strong relationships. He has made significant contributions to the team and consistently demonstrated a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure work is completed to good standard. He maintains good meeting deadlines and works collaboratively with other colleagues.
Overall, he has been a valuable member of the team, contributing meaningfully to the client’s needs, and demonstrating growth in his skills and abilities as a desktop Engineer at the customer site.

Thank you so much for your help with our recent Laptop Migration project in Germany. We could not have done moving +1000 Laptops across to a new domain within a week, without you.
I especially appreciated the clear ownership and outstanding availability (which I know required not small amount of overtime), both on site and more related to financials or planning in the back-end. Reacting competently and flexibly to issues and changing site presence accordingly. I also appreciated the tables used for progress tracking and the very clear and very timely statements on commercials also making changes for us in order to provide further clarity.
With a project like this it can be a challenge to keep staff on site motivated, and I would like to commend Total IT Global for this as well. Not all technicians on site received stellar feedback from site contacts, however I have a very levelled view on this, as I understand the difficulty to source such a large troupe of engineers to work in a number of distributed offices, at such short notice, as well as the challenges Engineers faced with little time to test or understand processes and that these were adapted multiple times as work proceeded all within the space of 1-2 weeks.
I know that you send higher quality staff to critical sites, and that you replaced staff immediately where you saw concern. Your proactive attitude in getting involved and making the project a success, makes you stick out, even this may not have filtered through to each and every Engineer instantly. Thank you so much for your continued effort! It was a great pleasure to work with you.

I just wanted to take two minutes to tell you: I really like this report, you circulated multiple times yesterday with updated status. I understand the challenge of managing such a large group of Engineers, that was put together, at such short notice, and appreciate the organisation behind it.
During my 25+ years in the pharmaceutical industry, I have worked in many companies of different sizes and setups, and thereby I have had numerous interactions with company IT-responsible persons. I can honestly say that your Engineer is one of the best IT contacts I have worked with. He always responds on time, takes appropriate actions to understand the problem/issue, and provides the required assistance. He understands that our ‘electronic equipment’ is crucial for our work and that even small disturbances can cause disruptions to our ability to do our job. He never conveys a feeling that ‘you should know better’ or that you are in some way disturbing him in his other tasks, which is such a relief and makes the interaction with him very easygoing and pleasant. His willingness to assist and the way he is doing that makes my work so much easier, and he is truly a person I value to have as a colleague. I hope he will stay with us for a very long time!

You really didn’t get the last information from us until the end of last week and achieved the impossible, namely that our two new colleagues already had their e-mail addresses on the next working day. and on their first day and were able to receive two working computers.
