I just wanted to provide some feedback about the experience I have had with your Engineer. I have had loads of issues with my laptop for a while now, and feel like I have your Service Desk on speed dial. Nonetheless, recently, the Service Desk escalated my tickets to the local team. I work mostly remotely, from where I live in Sarasota and manage operations, globally. Your Engineer went above and beyond to help me identify the issues, coordinate with global Service Desk technicians for authenticator issues, but also helped fix all of my issues. Out of my 15 years at my company, I can honestly say that this is the most pleasant and productive experience I’ve had with any IT computer guru and just wanted to let you know how grateful I am to the Engineer and to your team.
