I would like to appreciate the knowledge and efforts of the Engineer who understood the actual problem, identified the root cause and patiently coordinated the issue with the client and ensured its resolution. I would like to appreciate another Engineer who took over the issue at much later stage but identified it properly and provided the necessary support.
Your Engineer was incredibly kind, thorough, and diligent in helping me arrange for a replacement laptop. He also gave me access to a loaned laptop to use, while the replacement was being shipped. Since I am not an expert in this field, I greatly appreciate your Engineers’ support.
