Roles & Responsibilities

  •  Developing, installing, and troubleshooting ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, HTML, MYSQL, CSS, AJAX etc.
  • Integrating ServiceNow with other programs and ensuring stability and performance
  • Designing, configuring, and implementing baseline and custom applications to enhance the platform
  • Analyzing technical development requirements and providing documentation and reports
  • Finding opportunities to automate and end user experience enhancement
  • Reporting and dashboard setup
  • Solution development using ITIL process
  • Communicating with stakeholders to develop technical projects and specifications

Skills and abilities

  • Knowledge of CMDB Implementation
  • Demonstrated expertise in at least two SNOW modules (e.g. ITSM, CSM, SecOps etc.)
  • Proven ability to set up ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, sophisticated UI Policies, Flow Designer, ACLs, Script Includes, and UI Scripts to meet needs
  • Expertise with REST/SOAP APIs to integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems

Years of Experience

  • 3-5+ Years
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes, ServiceNow instance design and administration, JavaScript, HTML, MYSQL, CSS, AJAX etc

Education qualifications

Bachelor of engineering (BE), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.), BCA, Bachelor of
Science (IT)

Professional Certifications

  • ServiceNow- Certified system administrator, certified application developer, ITIL
