Job Purpose

Lead and coordinate a team of Pre-sales consultants to strategically pursue and win new and existing sales opportunities, ensuring readiness and alignment with sales executives.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Pre-sales consultants in pursuit of new service sales opportunities for deal
    readiness.
  • Be the front door to all Sales and Service executives in pursuit of a new or renewal sales
    opportunity. Requires high degree of organizational skills to prioritize, manage and execute
    on the opportunities.
  • In depth knowledge of EUC domain services and their solutions like – deskside support
    services, IMAC, ITAD, FTE Model, On call dispatch services.
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Excel/Word/PPT.
  • Good understanding on commercial modelling.
  • Proficient in bid document submission.
  • Creating Technical Solutions for RFP, RFI and Customer Bids.
  • Ensuring minimum dollar value as business target per quarter.
  • Maintaining winning ration of Business.
  • Quarterly review and updating sales rate and proposal.
  • Competitor analysis and market intelligence.
  • To Ensure minimum gross profits on selling price (TCV).
  • Takes lead / participate in opportunity assessment, qualification as per the standards.
  • Developing response strategy, proposal development & Pricing.
  • Assuring the partner rate cards are being updated through procurement team.
  • Submission of proposals in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes.
  • Co-ordinate with internal and multi-departments to get inputs for designing the solution.
  • Adherence to the Company’s Quality and Business Processes.
  • Ability to work in highly stringent timelines.
  • Ensuring minimum dollar value as business target per quarter
  • Innovative thinker to prepare best fit customer solutions.
    Skills and abilities
  • MS Office Expert (especially MS EXCEL)
  • Innovative solution creator for EUC (Deskside support) solutions.
 

Years of Experience

Minimum 7 to 8 years of experience in EUC support services – presales

Professional Certifications

ITIL, Six Sigma preferred.

Education qualifications

BE/B Tech/MBA or any other relevant master’s degree.
