Sr. Manager – Cash Control

Location: India

Job Purpose

This Incumbent would be responsible to prepare Cash Flow for the entire TIG Group with religious tracking of the same around variance analysis and coordination with respective internal stakeholders to ensure the committed nos are driven till achievement. Further, project level P&L to be prepared would also rest with this position.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Preparation of Daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly Cash flow statements which clearly communicates forecasted nos, actual performance, and variance analysis to Top management for taking essential financial decisions in a timely manner.
  • Preparation of Project level P&L
  • Conducting Variance analysis of the forecasted cash flow vs actual results daily, critically evaluating all elements to identify the reason for variances and reporting the same to management.
  • Preparation and roll out of monthly financial deck and other reports for Top Management around Revenue, cost, Cash flow giving key financial insights and KPI’s.
  • Analyzing business issues and problems, conducting benchmarking study / trend analysis and assist the critical decision-making process.
  • Building performance and revenue reporting models, assisting in the preparation of revenue, cost and cash flow forecasts and business metrics reports for providing accurate future results projections on a timely manner.
  • Work effectively with the internal customers of all levels for exchange of required information which is essential to meet the respective KRA’s.
  • Experienced in implementing financial procedures, Company Policies and monitoring or building internal financial controls around Revenue, Cost and Cash flow processes to ensure achievement of financial objectives.
  • Support Accounts team on month end closing activities around Revenue assurance and Accounts receivable, provide required information for cost allocation entries by Project, calculate monthly accruals, provide information required around Project level P&L.


  • B.com graduate / MBA in finance

  • MIS preparation and reporting with specialization in Cash flow and P&L
  • Financial Planning

  • Must be able to work under pressure and in 24/7 environment and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
  • Should be ok to travel within and outside India.
