Business Analyst

Location: India

Job Purpose

The incumbent is responsible for business analysis and project coordinator, Should have managed projects using Project Management & agile methodologies (preferably Scrum). Excellent communication & documentation skills in drafting MOM’s, Project updates, Project plan, & daily BAU reports etc

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Should have managed projects using Project Management & agile methodologies (preferably Scrum).
  • Good understanding of common SDLC processes & end to end project lifecycle
  • Excellent communication & documentation skills in drafting MOM’s, Project updates, Project plan, & daily BAU reports etc
  • Proficient in interacting with cross functional teams of Developers, Designers, Testers, & Business managers to explain problem statement efficiently to get the assigned tasks executed
  • Expert in handling entire project lifecycle from Requirement gathering till Go live
  • Creating detailed BRD, FSD, E-R diagrams, Wireframes, Architecture diagrams etc
  • Taking active part in UAT of the assigned projects
  • Experienced in working medium to high level projects with end-to-end ownership of assigned tasks
  • Should have a good techno/functional acumen to take part in project discussions
  • Good in stakeholder management to ensure smooth delivery of project action items
  • Must have problem solving mindset to eliminate roadblocks during the project lifecycle
  • Proficient in closely tracking & monitoring of the assigned action items to avoid breaching of deadlines
  • Publish daily progress of the open action items to key stakeholders
  • Good in escalation & moving up the ladder in case critical milestones are on risk of achieving milestones
  • Serve as a single point of contact on project health for the entire project team
  • Facilitating meetings & other hardware/software requirements for the project team for smooth ongoing of the project.
  • Well versed with tools like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & MS-Visio etc

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in BE/B- Tech, BCA, MCA, MBA, BSc/MSc or other management qualification from reputed institutes.

Experience Required

  • 3 to 5 Years of experience, 1-2 years relevant experience.

  • Good in working with MS office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc) & MS Visio application
