International Inside Sales Manager

Location: India

Job Purpose
The incumbent is responsible for farming and prospecting new accounts and contacts globally in lieu of generating new business and acquiring new logos while working closely with the field sales and Marketing team

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identifies Account potential by qualifying ContactsƒLeads
  • Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding Project
  • Works alongside sales leaders in closing sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing
  • Expands sales by tapping in new
  • Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from contactsƒleads in the prescribed
  • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to assigned market
  • Building and maintaining strong, long−lasting customer relationships
  • Liaise with cross−functional internal teams (including Regional heads, Sales support & Marketing) to improve the entire sales
  • This position may require occasional travel
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors in the respective market
  • Prepare reports on sales pipeline, sales forecasting and closures
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the account
  • Schedule meeting with prospect leads with Business development Manager
  • Use an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business from assigned market
  • Attending client E−meetings for Sales Pitch
  • Maintaining and expanding relationships with new clients
  • Create & meet market sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
  • Follow−up with International prospects regularly through various means
  • Maintain & update all data logs in CRM on Realtime basis
  • Should have strong understanding of various sales tools

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in management ƒ MBA from reputed

Experience Required

  • Proven relevant work experience as an International Sales manager of at least 6 years

Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
  • Business acumen with a problem−solving attitude
  • Ability to deliver elevator pitch to Global C level executives
  • Ability to Farm new leads & generate business globally
