Total IT Global today announced the appointment of PR Rajesh Kumar, as Chief Growth Officer. PR Rajesh brings 25 years of global business experience in Sales, Project Management, Solution Consulting, Operations and Contract Management, having managed teams of more than 200+ world-class professionals across 11 countries. PR Rajesh's appointment follows Total IT Global's recent launch of its new brand identity and strong financial performance in 2020-21.
PR Rajesh is well known in the industry for his thought leadership around innovative commercial & sourcing constructs, and for being a pioneer in exploring new technology solutions addressing latest market trends. Over the last two decades, PR has held various successful leadership roles in the industry. Prior to joining Cognizant in 2014, PR was with HCL Technologies as EMEA Sourcing Head, responsible for end-to-end IT sourcing and execution, where he established and grew the Global Technology Sourcing function. He has also served as the interim Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Cognizant Infrastructure Services (2018-2019). In his role as Chief Growth Officer at Total IT Global, he will be directly responsible for building and managing various teams to boost revenue and account management metrics and providing solution differentiation for a competitive edge.

PR holds an MBA in Business Management along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Global Business from Said Business School, University of Oxford. In addition to other global leadership programs, he also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology & Personnel Management. PR Rajesh will be based out of the London office.
